It shares news about French and international rap. It also occasionally participates in events.
My role :
For a year, I was the project manager for the media outlet's content management; there were two of us managing a team of seven. Despite some communication difficulties with the artists, we were still able to cover events and create content for social media.
The challenge :
Managing a team of seven people wasn't easy, especially since some had just graduated from high school. In addition to managing the organization, we also had to pass on what we had learned from our previous experiences. It was a very good experience; I was able to see the challenges of working with external partners, and on top of that, with artists.
The gear I used :
I used my FujiFilm XT-30, an APSC hybrid camera that I take everywhere. Despite its small size, the technology it contains allows me to shoot very high-quality images. It is equipped with a Fuji 30mm F2 lens.
