This city is a part of me in a way. I've spent entire holidays here since I was a child.
I fell in love with the ocean as a little boy, and I would spend hours in the water searching for the perfect wave.
That's why I wanted to create this series of photos, as a way of paying tribute to this city that's so dear to my heart.

Ocean
All those hours spent in the water, with a board and fins, I'll always remember them. Back then, I spent my school years dreaming of the water and its waves.
I gradually learned to understand the ocean, its power, its beauty, but also its danger.
Magnificent landscapes
The city will always surprise you; the weather changes even if you've known it for 10 years. And that's not even mentioning the sublime sunrises and sunsets, which stay with you for a lifetime. It's a place that offers enormous creative freedom.
The gear I used :
I used my FujiFilm XS-20, an APSC hybrid camera that I take everywhere. Despite its small size, the technology it contains allows me to shoot very high-quality images. It is equipped with a Tamron 17-70mm F2.8 lens with an ND filter.
Ocean
I was tasked with photographing the various creators' stands to showcase their work and their participation in the event. However, it was essential to make it all look natural and ensure the photos captured the friendly atmosphere of the event.
Magnificent landscapes
Taking photos of visitors and booths wasn't always easy; I couldn't draw attention to myself, otherwise visitors would immediately lose their natural selves. Besides "ruining" their visit, I was making it unpleasant for them.
So I had to be discreet while remaining on the lookout for the best opportunities. I should mention that I don't post photos of individuals here without their permission.
